  Worst Pizza I've ever seen, I made my order at 6:28 I was told id receive the pizza within 30-40 mins delivery came at 7:13 great time. My total was $31 and change handed over 2 $20s And gave the change as a tip to delivery guy. I said let me check them to make sure they are good. The top pizza my husbands pizza had to look so dry and hard that you could knock someone out with it. The delivery guy said call the location they will take care of it mind you we have already waited for the pizza so we will have to wait for another one probably 30-40 mins again. So when I call in I spoke to a female manager unfortunately I didn't catch her name but very very very unprofessional I asked her since I've already paid for the terrible pizza and waited for it to send another and give me a credit she said NO I'm sending a new one I won't give you a credit and argued about how she was making it right by sending a new one well she obviously is not making it right by making me wait for another one that I already waited for and paid for. Oh and to top it off she personally checked the pizzas before they left the location either she wears glasses and wasn't at the time of inspection of the pizzas or she just lied about looking at them yeah pretty sure she lied because this pizza was disgusting looking we are about two miles from the location there's no way they got this way from there to my house even with several other deliveries ahead. Needless to say she finally agreed to give us a credit for there terrible pizza baking methods and hung up. Looks like I'll never order from there again I hate Pizza Hut pizza anyway.

  They charged my card, pizza never showed up. Called them 15 minutes before they closed to find out what happened to my order and they picked up, hung up, then never picked up again. No food, no dinner, and a charge to my credit card. Never again.
