- 1 / 5By Missy BaileyWe walked out after waiting 15-20 minutes to get served. They even had a device on the table where we could "call our server", but nothing happened after we hit that button. We had high hopes for this new place, since we live down the street. So disappointed. We ran into the manager on the way out & told him, but he didn't seem concerned, didn't offer anything for us to stay and let us walk out. Won't be back.November 15, 2016

The manager was walking around asking tables how their food was including ours, he was very pleasant. I even told my husband I'm not sure why we don't dine at Applebee's more often. I had the BBQ ribs, they tasted amazing and fell off right off the bone. I look forward to visiting the Applebee's in Bernalillo again and trying some more great food.September 09, 2016
